كعك Jerusalem bread

Ingredients
4 1/4 cups of flour
3 1/2 tsp if yeast
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup luke warm milk
1/2 cup luke warm water
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
Directions
In a big cup or small bowl mix warm water, milk, sugar and yeast and let it sit for 7-10 minutes.
In a bowl or mixer add 4 cups of flour then add the milk mixture slowly then add the 1/4 cup of flour.
Let the dough sit for 30 minutes only.
Flour a clean surface and cut the dough into 4 sections. Create thick oval or circles with rhe dough. Brush dough with an egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake in a preheated 415 degree oven till golden. Around 15-20 min depending on your oven.
