Whitechocolate cranberry cookies

Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks of salted butter room temp 1 egg room temp 1/2 cup of white sugar 3/4 cup of brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder 1/2 tsp of almond extract or vanilla if you prefer 1/3 cup of rolled oats 2 cups of all purpose flour 1/2 cup of craisins 1 heaping cup of white chocolate chips 1/3 cup of macadamia nuts (optional) Zest of an orange (optional) Directions Beat the eggs and butter well together, then add the sugars and mix well till fluffy. Add baking powder, orange zest and extract. Gradually add the flour and the oats. When mixed well add the chocolate chips and craisins. Use a cookie scoop and scoop on to baking sheet and bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. If big cookies are made bake for 12-15 minutes. The cookies will still feel soft when taken out, they will harden when cooled down.
