Ingredients

2.5 lbs of cubed chicken breast 1/3 cup of plain yogurt 1 small onion or half of a big one 5 cloves of garlic 2 tbsp of your favorite chicken spice I used a Mediterranean spice mix Or (2 tsp of paprika, 1 tsp of coriander, 1 tsp of garlic powder, a dash of tumeric, a dash of cayenne) Salt to taste 1 -2 tsp of montreal seasoning A squeeze of lemon Oliveoil for brushing Directions In a food processor blend onion, yogurt, salt, spices, garlic and squeeze of lemon well, till it turns into a paste. Pour the mixture all over the mixture, add the Montreal seasoning and mix very well and let the chicken sit for a few hrs or over night. Then grab some scewers, a baking sheet, and metal cooling rack. Place the rack on top of the baking sheet and brush it with olive oil so the chicken doesnt stick. Add a few pieces of chicken on scewers and place on the rack. Roast in a preheated 450 degree oven for 35-45 min depending on your oven and serve with your favorite salads and sauce!
