What's better then a refreshing popsicle on a hot day. Well these peaches and cream popsicles hit the spot, make sure they're made with Georgia peaches, it makes them that much better.
These are very easy to make and did I mention also healthy for you.
The only sweetener in here is from the honey and roasted sweet peaches, and yes I said roasted, roasting fruit helps to release all the natural sugars making the fruit even sweeter.

Ingredients
2 cups of Greek yogurt (nonfat or wholemilk)
4 peaches peeled and sliced
1-2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of orange blossom water
1/4 cup of honey
2 tsp of honey to drizzle on top of peaches
Directions
Peel and slice the peaches, put them on a baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle 2 tsps of honey on top.
Bake for 25-30 min, take out and let the peaches cool completely.
In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla and orange blossom water together.
Add the cooled down peaches in the yogurt, then pour the mixture in popsicles molds.
Freeze for 4-6 hours, when ready to eat take the popsicles out for 10 min, or place them in warm water for 30 seconds, take them out and enjoy.
