Naan Bread

Ingredients

1 cup luke warm water 2 tbsp honey 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast 3 1/2 cups of all purpose flour 1/4 cup of plain yogurt 2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 egg Directions Add the yeast to the cup of water, and add the honey. Let it sit for a few minutes. Mix flour, egg, and yogurt together. Add baking powder. Then slowly add the water mixture to the flour mixture. Knead till becomes a smooth ball. Let dough double in size. Cut in to 8 pieces. Roll out the dough and cook on a flat grill on the stove. When bread bubbles flip over. Takes around 45 seconds to a minute on each side. You can substitute bread flour, but if you do skip the baking powder.
