Mexican Street Corn

Ingredients 20 oz of frozen sweet corn 2 heaping tablespoons of Greek yogurt 2 heaping tablespoons of mayo 1/2 chopped red onion 1/2 chopped jalepeno Juice of one lime 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro 1 1/2 tsp of chili powder 4 oz of queso fresco cheese or feta cheese 1/4 tsp of garlic powder Dash of salt Directions Cook frozen corn in a little water then drain it and heat it a couple mins again while stirring it. In a bowl mix Greek yogurt mayo garlic powder and juice of a lime add a dash of salt. In a big bowl add cooled corn and add the rest of the toppings ( feta, onion, jalapeno, chili powder, cilantro). Add the sauce mix and serve.
