Kifta with tahini sauce

Ingredients

1 lb 93/7 ground beef 1 lb 80 /10 ground beef 2 tsp kofta seasoning ( mixture of coriander, ginger, marjoram, white pepper, caraway, fennel) 1/2 tsp of garlic powder 1/2 tsp all spice Salt to taste 1 bunch of chopped cilantro or parsley 4-5 cloves of chopped garlic 1 tbsp chopped jalapeno 1 tbsp chopped ginger 1/2 finely chopped redonion 2 tbsp olive oil 2 red sliced potatoes 1 orange bell pepper 1/2 red onion sliced Zucchini or carrots optional Directions Mix all the ingredients (expect potatoes, bell pepper, zucchini) together, dont over work the meat so it doesnt become tough. Then make them into an oval shaped ball. Place then in a pyrex or metal pan. Add the chopped vegetables between the kifta meat. Add water in the pan half way and bake covered in a preheated 400 degree oven for 1 hr 15 min. Make sure you slice your vegetables thin so they dont take to long to cook because if you do the meat will be done before the vegetables. Then after 1 and 15 min add the tahini sauce and finish cooking for 20-25 min at 420 degrees uncovered. Tahini Sauce 1 cup of water 1/2 cup of tahini 2 squeezed lemons Salt to taste Directions Mix ingredients well till smooth. Then add on top of the kifta and finish baking in the oven for another 20-25 min at 420 degrees.
