Ingredients
2 pounds of ground beef
Handful of chopped cilantro
1/2 of a chopped white onion
1 heaping tbsp of chopped garlic
1 chopped tomatoe
2 tsp of kifta spice
2 tsp of kabab spice
1 tsp of smoked paprika
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of onion powder
2 tbsp of olive oil
2 tsp of salt or to taste
Don't worry if you dont have all these spice you can substitute, most of these spices contain a mix of coriander, cumin, nutmeg, all spice, cinnamon, paprika, ginger, you can use 7 spice or mix your own.
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together form them in Kababs or put them on a scewer.
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees and cook for 35 min depending on the size of kabobs can ve less or more. Broil for the last 30 seconds.
Serve with rice, bread, fries or even your favorite salad.
For the grill its preferred to keep formed kababs in the fridge so they hold its shape.
Right before grilling them drizzle olive oil on top, to prevent from sticking to the grill, you can grill outside or use a stovetop grill just make sure it's preheated before use.
