Craving muffins and dont want to ruin your workout or your good eating habits. Well these are perfect and you won't feel guilty eating them even though you might feel like you're cheating. These are perfect for on the go breakfast or even an afternoon pickme up kinda snack, either way you will enjoy these.

Ingredients
1 egg
1/4 cup room temp coconut oil
1/2 cup of applesauce
1 cup of white whole wheat flour may substitute for almond flour
3/4 cup of oats
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
4 tbsp honey
2 peeled chopped apples
Directions
Mix all the wet ingredients first mix well then add the flour and oats, mix, then add the apples and fold them in.
Struesal topping (optional)
2 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 cup of oats
Mix well and spoon on top of muffins
Bake muffins in a preheated 375 degree oven for 12-15 min, let it cool and enjoy
