Ground Chicken kabab

Ingredients

2 lbs of ground chicken

Handful of parsley

Handful of cilantro

5 cloves of garlic

Half an onion

1 small tomato

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp your favorite chicken spice

1 tsp curry powder

1/2 tsp ginger powder

1/2 tsp coriander

Salt to taste

1/4 cup of Italian breadcrumbs

2 tbsp olive oil


Directions

Chop the parsley, cilantro, garlic, onion and tomato very fine or you can use a food processor. Add the ingredients to the ground chicken and then add the oil and rest of the spices. If you feel the mixture is a little wet add the breadcrumbs.

Preheat your oven to 415.

For easy home use i use a baking sheet and a rack on top of the baking sheet. Make sure to oil the rack so the chicken doesn't stick. For the chicken into kababs you can make them as big or small you like. And then bake them in the oven for 15 min or depending in the size, just make sure they look almost done. Then flip the kababs and broil the last few minutes go get a color on them.

After they are done serve with rice, salad and garlic sauce which I have the recipe on my blog!
