Garlic sauce (Toum)

Ingredients 1 cup water 2 tbsp cornstarch 1 big tbsp of chopped garlic 2 tbsp of vinegar 3 tbsp of milk 1/4 cup of vegetable oil 1 1/2 tbsp of mayonnaise 1/4 tsp of salt Directions In a small saute pan pour 1 cup of water and add 2 tbsp of cornstarch. Mix very well then turn on the stove top to medium. Keep mixing with a spatula till mixture thickens. Turn off the heat and set the mixture in the refrigerator to help cool faster. In a blender add the rest of the ingredients except for salt. Blend really well. Add the cornstarch mixture (which will be harden and its fine) to the blender and blend really well and enjoy.
