Pancakes to impress, as long as you have a bowl and whisk, or a blender even better. You van have this beauty on the table in 35 min.
You can make these pancakes as minis or as a whole. They differ a little then the traditional pancakes were used to, its kind of a cross over between a pancake and popover. You can have it sweet or savory. Top it with your favorite toppings and serve!

Ingredients
3 tbsp of butter
3 eggs
3/4 cup of flour
3/4 cup of warm milk
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt, if using salted butter skip this step
Confectioner sugar for dusting
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees qnd place a skillet in the oven to heat it up.
In a blender crack 3 eggs and blend then add the warm milk and sugar and blend, add the flour, vanilla and blend well.
Take the heated skillet out the oven and place the 3 tbsp of butter in, let the butter melt and swirl the butter around till the skillet is all greased well, then pour the rest of butter in the batter and blend again.
Pour the batter in heated skillet and place in the oven.
Cook for 25-30 min it should have risen. Take out and serve warm.
