Ingredients
1 lb of crab 1 egg 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs 2 tsp of old bay seasoning 3 tbsp of chopped cilantro or dill 1/2 tsp of onion powder 1/2 tsp of garlic powder Salt to taste 2-3 dashes of worchestire sauce Juice of half a lemon 3 tbsp of mayo 1 tbsp of mustard your choice Butter for cooking Directions Mix everything except the crab in a bowl. After everything is mixed fold in the crab with a spatula and for 4 big crab cakes for burgers or 8 small ones. Place the crab cake in the refrigerator for atleast 30 minutes then cook the crabs cake in butter for 5-7 min on each side. Remoulade Sauce 1/4 cup of mayonnaise 2 tbsp of mustard 1 tbsp of chopped cilantro or dill Dash of worchestire 1 tbsp of sweet relish Squeeze of lemon 1/2 tsp of old bay seasoning Dash of garlic powder Hotsauce (optional)
Mix all ingredients together and set in a bowl and serve!
