Churros

Ingredients 1/2 cup of milk 6 tbsp salted butter 1 tbsp of sugar 1 tsp of vanilla 1 cup of all purpose flour 3 eggs For coating 1 cup sugar 1 tbsp of cinnamon Oil for frying Directions Heat up butter, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1/2 cup of milk and vanilla in sauce pan. When everything is melted together add one cup of flour. Mix with a wooden spoon till it forms into a dough. Let the dough cool for 10 minutes. In a mixer add one egg at a time to the dough till well combined. Heat up your oil for frying. Add the dough to a pastry bag with a star tip. Squeeze into oil till desired length. And fry till golden. Roll churros in cinnamon sugar. Serve with chocolate sauce & caramel and enjoy warm!
