Chocolate Sheet cake

Ingredients 8 oz of semi sweet chocolate chips or good baking chocolate 2/3 cup of cocoa powder 1 cup of hot coffee 2 cups of flour 3/4 cups of white sugar 3/4 cups of light brown sugar 2 tsp of baking powder 1/2 cup of vegetable oil 1 cup of buttermilk 3 eggs 2 tsp of vanilla Directions Melt chocolate chips, cocoa and coffee together. Mix dry ingredients in a separate a separate bowl. Add dry ingredients gradually to the chocolate mixture. Then add buttermilk, and 3 eggs. Butter a 9 by 13 and pour the cake batter and bake the cake @350 degrees for 35 min, or till toothpick clean.

Chocolate fudge frosting

Ingredients 4 ounces of semi sweet chocolate chips. 6 tbsp of butter 2 cups of powdered sugar 2 tbsp of cocoa powder 1 tsp of vanilla 1/2 cup of milk Directions Melt chocolate, cocoa, and butter together. When chocolate is melted add powdered sugar gradually and mix, add milk then vanilla.
