Need a quick tasty dinner, well look no more this chicken picatta is so simple and is on the table in 20 min! Serve with a side of salad or potatoes and enjoy.

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts sliced thin
1 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of dry thyme
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Juice and zest of one lemon
3 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp of olive oil
Flour for dusting the chicken
2 tbsp of capers
1/2 cup of chicken stock
Directions
Add the seasonings on the chicken, then set it to the side. In a flat plate add flour, then grab a big frying pan add the olive oil and a tbsp of butter. Turn the heat on to medium high.
While the oil and butter are heating up dust the chicken with flour and place the chicken in the frying pan. Repeat this step for all the chicken cook each side 5-7 min or until chicken is cooked. The chicken should cook pretty fast if youre using thin slices. When chicken is done take it out the pan and add 2 tbsp of butter in the same pan you cooked your chicken in, add the capers the zest of lemon and broth, then squeeze the juice of a lemon, taste to see if salt is needed. Place the chicken back in pan, pour some of the sauce on top of the chicken, serve and enjoy.
