Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs of Carna picada meat or skirt steak sliced real thin and small
The juice of one lime
4 cloves of chopped garlic
1/2 chopped of jalapeno
Drizzle of olive oil
2 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of chili powder
1 1/2 tsp of taco seasoning
2 tsp of Montreal steak seasoning
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
Salt to taste but becareful when you salt bc taco seasoning and Montreal seasoning have salt in them.
Directions
Add all the ingredients to the meat and let it marinate for 2 hours. Then in a heated skillet with peanut or vegetable oil cook the meat in batches till its browned. Serve in tortillas with your favorite toppings or serve the meat with rice, beans and corn!
