Biscoff Parfait

Ingredients 8 oz of cream cheese (room temperature) 1 1/2 cup of heavycream 1/2 cup of sugar A good 1/2 cup of biscoff 1 sleeve of lotus cookies Directions Whip the heavy cream into whipcream, make sure the cream is cold. Beat the creamcheese in mixer till light and fluffy. Add the sugar and mix again. Add the biscoff and mix till well combined. With a spatula fold in the whipped cream in batches till fully incorporated. In a food processor blend the cookies till they form a crumble. Then start laying your parfait. Add cookies then biscoff mixture cookies and biscoff mixture again. Top with a cookie and enjoy. Makes 4 servings
